Synopsis: When he's downsized from his job, Larry Crowne (Tom Hanks) decides to reinvent himself by enrolling in college, where he forms some unexpected bondswith fellow students, while also catching the eye of Mercedes Tainot, a female professor played by Julia Roberts.
